Not sure what’s going on at this particular location but the smoothies are hit & miss. Sometimes they are good & sometimes they aren’t. I wonder if sometimes they are adding too much ice because sometimes it’s watered down tasting. And the young girl that rang me up today (no name tag) was super rude. Even saw her be rude to another customer. Girl if you hate your job so much, quit.

Great options and always with a healthy twist. There’s nothing unhealthy on the menu but they don’t make healthy food taste bland. Everything is very flavorful and the smoothies are a great addition to your meal. Whoever pitched the idea of this restaurant was a genius.

I went to a Tropical Smoothie at a different location nearby and saw someone pay with cash. Went in to this location to purchase a gift card and I guess they were confused, because there were 6 people working and they were all giving each other looks and apparently you can only buy a gift card with cash? Said I would run back to my car as it was parked out front and then they said they don’t accept cash. 1 star.

I placed an order on Wed for my meal break from work. Under their Google listing, they have curbside pick up available which is great since this location is in the mall. I clicked on the curbside pick up option in my order before submitting and headed over to pick up my order. I called the location upon arrival and was told to come inside to be handed my food (for curbside pickup). With no available nearby parking spots, I asked to cancel the order and was told no problem. Apparently, they don’t want to process a refund on an order never received. The charge has posted to my credit card. Poor customer service. I have reached out, but haven’t heard back.

Great food and smoothies as always, but you can only use one coupon per transaction, I think that’s very important to know. They forgot about my smoothie, however they handled it in a very professional manner and I still received it. It was a new staff so, the situation was understandable and they were still very nice.

I was refused service at 5:50. I understand you close at 6 but it’s a mall at least put the gates down or something. It’s just a smoothie place it was a lot of co workers they could’ve just served me instead of having me walk in and view the menu just to tell me “were closed”. If you were closed the doors would be locked.

My kids love smoothies and they are almost all natural so I don’t mind getting them smoothies there once in awhile but the price is too high it’s even higher than star bucks, so I mostly go to star buck I think if they were more competitive to star bucks they might get more business
