Best smoothies ever! The customer service is top tier, the chips were forgotten on a delivery order and the manager called and said they would make it right— they sent a gift card for a free smoothie. Awesome people!

The workers are RUDE, not friendly at all and cater to certain customers. Especially the cashiers and the person who bring your food, the girl with those piercings fixing the food, she needs to have a hair net on, she was RUDE and NOT FRIENDLY. I came here during lunch and there were 5 customers and it wasn’t busy. Won’t be back!

This was my second time eating here and it was just as pleasant and delicious as the first. I used the mobile app to order and I could tell no difference in the food quality between this mobile order and my previous order. I had the Cali Flat Bread. 10/10 would recommend.

Great if your Vegetarian/Vegan! I don’t eat meat, eggs, dairy, and an extremely small amount of butter or mayo. I visit Tropical Smoothie every Friday after my workout next door at Barre3. My favorite is the Mocha Madness with almond milk, decaf, with pea protein. I don’t normally order food there because I have a strict diet, however, I did ask if they could substitute beans for meat, and not only were they willing to do that, but they also have a meat substitute called Beyond Meat. They will substitute any meat for Beyond Meat free of charge. I am including a picture of the menu in my review. Where you see the two brown squares on the menu, you can opt for a vegetarian option. Tropical Grille and Smoothie thank you for providing me with more than just 4 restaurants in Simpsonville to eat at 😀 Hopefully, others will catch up soon.

When I went into the shop I was greeted so quickly by Keygan. I told him that I have only heard amazing things about the food and drinks but was unsure of what to try. He took the time to walk me through options and what was popular and what his recommendations would be for me. He definitely helped with the ordering anxiety and made sure to check on me and even wrote down things to try next time in. Thank Keygan for making my visit not only calm and relaxing but taking the time to be personable!
