I’ve been here several times and it’s always been great. The food and the staff are always wonderful. This afternoon I walked in, a family was, I assume, waiting on their order. I stood for a minute and looked at the menu and waited. Another customer came in and was greeted, I had not even been acknowledged at this point, she only wanted a cup and straw. I’m thinking the staff is busy until I see the lady start wiping down counters like she has nothing else to do. The people in front of me are waiting on a food order not any type of smoothie, which is what I wanted. When it was clear she wasn’t going to ask if she could help me or if I was ready to order I walked out. I shouldn’t have to walk into an establishment and get the staff’s attention to place an order. To be fair I hadn’t seen this server there before. It’s possible she’s new and learning.

They don’t have smoothies. They are selling folks overpriced slushies. A bunch of ice. Also, they gave me maybe 5 black beans in my wrap, and boy, did they charge me for them. Swindlers.

I visit Tropical Smoothie Cafe practically every day. I always get the Detox Island Green smoothie and I am always impressed. I used to make a similar smoothie at home, but it took over half my lunch break to make everything. Now I can place my order online, and it’s ready for me to pick up when I get there. The staff are always so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend. My new favorite place!

I finally got to try my 1st smoothie today. Let’s say “Oh My! Can I have one tomorrow?!” This place is awesome! So many options and add-ons. I can’t stop thinking about the Bahama Mama that I had today. I even splurge and added a edible straw. Yum!! I will definitely be back, probably tomorrow!

Great smoothies, when you can get it. My problem is that no one answers the phone, and they currently have their website shut down to online ordering completely. This was not a problem a few days ago. Cannot order through the tropical smoothie app or doordash, for pickup or delivery. No explanation.

Disappointing. I ordered the blueberry bliss and it was so watered down. It was more like drinking juice. It wasn’t thick like a smoothie. Disappointed that I paid $7 for something that was like drinking flavored water. I don’t think I will be going back. I would rather spend my money on one of the many Herbalife smoothie places in Frankfort.

Disappointing. I paid $10 for a salad in a bed of spinach and romaine. I got a pinch of spinach. No romaine. And a TON of iceberg. I ended up with about 5 bites of a salad that cost $10. Not impressed. We’ve been to other Tropical Smoothies and the quality was MUCH BETTER.
