Service was amazing but my smoothie (Island Greens) was watery and kinda bland. Not what I’m usually used to from tropical Cafe. If that can be adjusted, everything would be great.

This is the second time I have visited this location and typically I do not leave reviews. But after today it was called for. The inside of this tropical smoothie is so loud (the music is blaring) you cannot be heard or hear the people working. Not to mention the cashier today spoke under her breath to begin with. But anyway, I ordered two Açaí Berry Boost Smoothies, both with no added sugar, and both with added spinach/kale. What I received instead was two Blueberry Bliss Smoothies with no adjustments made to them at all. After waiting 15+ minutes for the first set, I didn’t even bother waiting to have them remade. Just won’t be returning.

This is my second time coming here and they just opened! The first time I came they didn’t have any chips! This time when I came, the girl Aaliyah I believe her name was, dropped my money, typed in the wrong amount of money I gave and then proceeded to give me the incorrect change. After, I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes just to have my whole order messed up. I then had to leave with incorrect items and items still missing after my “corrections” were made. I am highly disappointed how they are still out of a bunch of stuff, and you’re employees are messing up and not caring about it! Save yourself the time and choose another location. I loved the whole “drive thru” idea. But, I’ll go back to my other location and inside.

I’ve been to a few tropical smoothies and this location on center road in Burton is my top store to go to I would drive out of my way to go to this location because the people that work here are very very nice.
