I’ve been coming here for the past month and each time I come back their food quality it’s getting worse and worse. I work across the street, so I almost always come during my lunch break, but this will be the last time coming here unfortunately. I ordered an Island punch smoothie, and it looked unusual as when I always order. It also tasted washed out. I also ordered a Chipotle chicken flatbread and as the side I had ordered a Kale salad. Kale salad did not look appetizing this time. It looked like it had been sitting out and refrigerated again. As I was waiting for my food it looked like the young ladies taking orders also are also making smoothies and one of them did not wash their hands after another customer paid in cash. On top of that I had to wait almost 15 min for my food, until I asked the girl up front. She laughed at my face when I asked her if they had called my name because my food had been sitting there and they never attempted to call my name. There were only a few customers waiting. I wouldn’t want anyone else getting sick. Here’s a picture of the kale salad. Absolutely disgusting. Stop wasting your $15-$20 in this place.

Tasty. Solid option for a healthy meal. Would love to see mini menu items so I could taste more options at once or have a lighter meal portion size. Food and service were good, but there was a longer wait than most fast food.

Stopped in for the first time today and was so impressed! Food and smoothie were made in less than 5 minutes, and they recommended multiple things to me while explaining the differences which was so helpful. Seriously so good and such polite, friendly, helpful staff working there! Will be back 🙂

I had a great first experience here. The smoothie I had was a new flavor and absolutely delicious! I had a jerk chicken wrap that was outstanding. The staff was amazing and attentive! I can’t wait to go back and try more items.

The workers here are hardworking and provide the best customer service. Hailey helped me at the register and made sure my smoothie was blended to perfection. Kelsie helped me resolve an issue as soon as possible with my food and made sure my food was hot and fresh. Overall, my experience with Tropical Smoothie Cafe was great and I would come back again.

Went to the grand opening day around 5Pm. You can definitely tell that these poor workers went through it earlier that day. Everybody has to work out those first day kinks. I’m rating solely on my experience and not what other people went through. Smoothies tasted great. Workers were nice and walked our smoothies over to us. Look forward to going back!
