A pretty sterile environment with lots of echo and employees are stoic, but not unfriendly. No drive thru, no curbside, but you can order ahead. I have never seen anyone sitting at any of the tables, likely due to lack of atmosphere, but the to go drink orders seem plentiful. Smoothies are delish! They only come in one size, so the only decision is which flavor today?

We always have a positive experience at Tropical Smoothie. The restaurant is clean, the employees are friendly and I’ve always seen everyone following sanitary practices like wearing gloves while making food. The smoothies and food are delicious and the manager Ashley always remembers us and is so friendly. It really makes our day when we come here. Keep up the great work!

This place is amazing! I got the Chicken Caprese sandwich with a side of sweet potatoes and a Triple Berry Oat Smoothie, 10/10 highly recommend! I have been here a handful of times and I’ve never been disappointed. My kids also love the smoothies. Great alternative to greasy fast food.

I’d give it zero stars if it allowed. I went in there to grab a DoorDash order. Told them the name I needed and was told it was almost done so I sat down at the counter. The older short lady (I don’t know her name) whipped the order over the glass, I grabbed it and said thank you. She just walked away. I was respectful…Called the store to talk to the manager, I’m unsure if he even is the manager with the way he handled it. He kept asking what he wanted me to do about it. I told him to talk to her and maybe teach her some customer service. He told me all Door Dashers come in there and are disrespectful. I’ve been there twice and I’ve always been polite. I’m not sure what the other Door Dashers have to do with me. This was terrible. The store. The “manager” all handled extremely unprofessional. I was there today May 18th around 1:30ish.

I told staff I had received the wrong smoothie and they were happy to fix it and very apologetic, on the other hand, Ashley, said not very nice things about me and I assume from my accent is why she told me to “go back to your country”
