Visited this new smoothie shop with my grandchildren this weekend. Greeted immediately upon entering. Super place. Kids and I both enjoyed the sandwiches and smoothies very much. The food quality, presentation and portions were just right. Very clean new place which is doing an outstanding job getting things right considering they are brand new. Definitely going back to enjoy some quality sandwiches.

Mr. Our Purpose Is Your Blessing
Had the pleasure of visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe with friends and family. There were a lot of people in the establishment enjoying their smoothies and the atmosphere was good as people talked enjoying their smoothies and the nice weather inside and outside. It took 30 minutes for us to get our smoothies. We spoke with the owner about the long wait time and she explained they were still in training. One person in our party did not want to wait for their drink and we wanted the young lady at the counter to bless the next person who came in with a free drink and she said they were unable to do that however the smoothie has already been paid for. The smoothies taste pretty good and all appeared to be just one size. We will visit again in a few months.

A HUGE shout out to the owner of this location for outstanding customer service which is difficult to find these days. I placed a delivery order and upon receiving, one item was missing from my order. I filled out the survey on my receipt and just made them aware that overall things were good but an item was missing. I was impressed to be contacted directly by the owner, who then went above and beyond to make things right. I will recommend this location to anyone and everyone and give them my business for this very reason. Thank you!

I had an issue with my order the day before last and a manager/supervisor named Camden reached out to me to talk about the issue. I can not speak highly enough of his professionalism and customer service. It is so hard to find good customer service these days. I am not sure of this guys “title”specifically or how long he has been there, but he definitely probably deserves a raise for his ability to articulate professionalism and courtesy. Thank you so much for understanding my concern Camden. Y’all have a real leader in him!

Ordered a (chicken)quesadilla. It had NO chicken. Took it back in and they said I had to ask for chicken. Gave it a second chance on another day and they only had 3-5 pieces of chicken in the whole quesadilla smh

Greeted immediately upon entering abs given menues, while looking then over a lady came and offered us a smoothie to try at no cost, just happened to be the one I was originally going to choose, and it did not disappoint! We ordered two chicken flat reads, different flavors, and a pb banana flat bread as well as an additional smoothie. We got the jalapeño corn and maple sweet potatoes as our sides, everything was soooo yummy. As we were leaving they brought us another sweet type flat bread as they made too much and asked if we wanted it. This was our first visit here and I can definitely say we will be back and will be telling all of our friends and neighbors about this amazing place!!

I was very excited about the tropical smoothie being built as a healthy food alternative, and thoroughly enjoyed the food items I chose when going. Unfortunately, some other menu items were slightly lacking despite what is displayed on the menu. The reason I give a 2 star review is not because of the food, but because of the wait times. My most recent time visiting, I had 2 smoothies and 2 food items. I waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes before receiving my items, which my smoothies were melted and watered down, and one of the food items was still not ready when I got to the window. I’m all for the restaurant, but the customer service and wait times have to be better!

Food and smoothies are really good but unless the owner is in the building the service is horrible. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes for cold food and a melted smoothie. Last time i was here they forgot to cut my quesadilla, didn’t give me any salsa, and my smoothie seemed very off like it was missing ingredients. I’ve been multiple times since opening, and i plan on visiting more but something needs to be done about this service.

Unfortunately, the workers here don’t check the expiration dates on their food products, because the last two times I ate from here I received foul tasting food that made my stomach churn after eating part of it. I get the same food item (the pesto chicken flatbread) everytime and know what it tastes like, and the last two times I bought it it tasted expired and I faced the consequences for it.
