Smoothies are fantastic. We tried the Island Green and Super Sunrise Sunset smoothies. We also ordered a few food items to try & really liked the peanut butter banana flatbread. The place was clean, staff was nice, & we enjoyed their patio area. Customers at the drive thru were constant and there were only two employees working so we did have to wait a minute to order; however our food was delivered to us in a reasonable amount of time.

Best experience I’ve had at tropical smoothie. The drive thru worker was amazing, had the best voice. Not to mention he helped me figure out what to order by being so knowledgeable with the menu. I had a chicken pesto flatbread that melted in my mouth. Best fast food I’ve had all year. Everyone should give it a try.

We sat inside as the drive through line was long. Food came out to us so fast, we had the turkey apple dijon, it was toasted and really good. We got a couple smoothies and they were perfect for what we were craving. The decor of the cafe is very warm and cute, very clean and tidy.

I really enjoy their smoothies but the customer service at this location is terrible. I always wait 20 minutes or more on the drive through line and hope they get my order right. It’s a mystery since the lines aren’t that long but it take forever every single time.

The food is just okay, smoothies are amazing, and employees are nice enough, but they prioritize the drive through here. We didn’t know this and weren’t told this until after we’d waited a half hour for a flatbread. I almost feel like they should close the dining room when they can’t get enough staff in?

Kelly, the manager, needs a FREAKIN RAISE!!!! Always friendly, always fast, always correct with the order. I love coming there just to see him!! I get the jetty punch with extra bananas. I love their smoothies! Get there before 8am and say hi to Kelly!!
