I just had a bad experience with there customer service . I ordered a gunea pea soup ask if there was dumplings in it , they said yes when I get the soup it have one in it. So I said something about it and the new waiters that came in instead of hearing me just said she can’t help me . Not even knowing I spoke with the waiters on the shift before to and said she would accommodate me . Food is ok but service is bad .

Today I was looking for a really good soup so I went online and found Tropitaste, when I tell you this soup is so good, I should have gotten the large. The staff was nice and the local customers were very helpful. I will definitely be back.

The food is surprisingly good. I had curried veggie chunks with steamed vegetables and rice and peas. Had some punch as well. Could have used a little less honey but overall it was good

Hello! My wife and I walked in. The server looked at us as we stopped at the register. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WAS MADE. We stood there for 5 minutes as she handed samples to 2 other customers. Another customer walked up and she took his red stripe order. Never again!!

It was kinda gross. Over cooked, salty. Wasn’t fresh. The max vegetable and the vegan fish dinner are literally the exact same thing . What’s on the pictures is not what you’re going to receive. I hope they change a few things because I had high hopes . But kinds feel like I wasted my money .

The food and drinks is good but I tried to hold my comment because I didn’t want to bash a black owned restaurant but I travel 40 minutes from West Palm Beach to come here 3 times a week just to receive the worst customer service every time and you would think during these times business owners would be more appreciative seeing the same faces supporting them. Every time I walk in there nobody even speaks the owner don’t even make eye contact with you. He only speaks to the same guys that comes there and buys drinks, I’m sure they’re the reason this place is even still in business.

Food was amazing but the service… not so much. She kept disappearing in the back and people were trying to get service. She took long periods of time to respond, despite a regular who knew her name calling her for several patrons. She also asked me for my order 3 times before she got it and asked if we wanted our drinks with our food, which caused me to give her a blank stare. BUT, having said all that, the food is AMAZING!

Went there hoping to get a vegetarian meal, after all the they claim to operate as a vegetarian restaurant. I was expecting to smell an aroma a cooking food, but all I could smell was mold. I ask the woman sitting behind the counter if they were serving food.. her response was a very nasty and blunt no!…This women had some what of an attitude not to mention the most unprofessional demeanor. She could have at least said we don’t serve food at this time, or we don’t serve food any more, but in a polite way. I decided to give them another shot. Picked up food there today. My coworkers and I shared the meal. It was not good at all. Both of my coworkers agreed that the food is completely tasteless. Thought it was just me.
