We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, that was raw and couldn’t be eaten. The chicken strip basket looked like it was someone’s leftovers. Very dry, and 4 out of the 6 “strips” were just flat crunchy nothings. The lid on the coleslaw was too big and spilled everywhere when I pulled it out of the box. My order costs $50. I called and spoke to the manager Adam and explained this to him. I requested a refund and they could come take the food. He said no. He offered to remake it and come get this order. At first I said no bc it would have been another hour wait and no guarantee it would be any better. I changed my mind and called back. Adam then told me “No” again. He said he already offered and I already told him no. He then hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold and nobody returned to the phone. This was a delivered order that I spent a lot of money on. The experience itself was embarrassing, humiliating and extremely disappointing. $50 later and still hungry…

I got a Caesar salad that was supposed to come with parmesan cheese according to the menu, but instead was topped with mozzarella. Wasn’t gonna make a fuss, they probably just didn’t have parm in the back but it’s nice to know when substitutions are being made. I will say that our waitress and the kitchen staff went above and beyond for making someone in our party a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu. Very good fried pickles, too!

We came in for dinner last Tuesday at 5pm and had excellent meals! Pulled pork sandwich and chopped steak. One of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve had. Our waitress was so sweet and attentive to our table. The food came out really fast. The atmosphere was clean and decorated real quaint/rustic. We loved the Ford and Chevy tailgate benches at the entrance. It was nice that the bar was physically separated from the restaurant and would be a great place to bring a family.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. I’m a very picky eater and the amount of different foods there are to pick from is just amazing. The people were amazing and food was cooked perfectly. If there’s one place I recommend going to eat at it’s troubles!
