Better than Davenports, that’s about all you really need to know in Bham. I found the crust to be a little hard and tough, but a good pizza overall, they seem to have some great options. Barstool score is about 1.5pts higher than it should be at 8.2.

I visited Troup’s mid afternoon in between my work shifts. Normally you first stake out a table and then go to the counter to order, but at 3:30pm on a Tuesday, I was the only customer. I was served within the quoted 20 minutes.

My husband and I ate at Troup’s Pizza. The wings were very flavorful and we loved that they grill and then bake them. He had the Hogthrob and I had the Woodstock on their amazing gluten-free crust! Definitely will be back to try other pizza flavors!

I really enjoyed our lunch at Troup’s. My wife has celiac and they have dedicated gluten free pizza AND dedicated area to prep AND dedicated oven. No reactions for her eating their gluten free pizza. And she said it was one of the best she had. I had regular pizza and it was delicious.
