While we were dining someone pooped in the dining area and it took so long for the staff to get it cleaned up we had even went outside because of the smell. Only refills for children drinks, portions are decent, in order to get fries in the combos they charge $2 extra.

It was decent, Definitely not bad for the price. American food, decent priced for adults. I think under $10, kids were $7, I believe. Service was fine. It’s out of the heat. Most things are baskets with fries or chips.

While we were waiting for 30 minutes for the food, they set off every alarm to come get food. After that chaos, when we got our food that cost waaaaaaaay more than it should, not only was it ice cold, but it was no better than hospital food. Will NEVER eat there again and I highly recommend waiting until you leave the zoo to go eat.

Not very expensive, especially for being one of the only places to get food within the zoo. They have burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, corndogs, chili dogs, fries, pretzels, and a few sandwich and salad options like a portobello sandwich. Sweet tea, water, sodas and slushies. I was happy with the variety of choices, and the fries are really good. You can sit inside and eat, but there are also lovely covered tables outside as well.

$2 upcharge for fries seems asinine, but I paid for it anyway so what do I know? I’ve watched this place evolve over the past two decades. The menu has tanked a bit. The burgers are good, the caprese wrap is good. Chicken is just okay. Workers are mentallu checked out- can’t blame them tho. We eat because it’s there and we don’t wanna leave before seeing everything ♀️

The line was long but moved fast! Staff was friendly. House made potato chips are not good at all. They looked like they would taste good but have zero flavor. Please just do a bag of Lays for the adult food baskets or change the recipe.

Basic park grub like chicken tenders and french fries and it is a little pricey so we always pack a lunch. But, as a special treat some french fries for the kiddos and a few brews for the adults is a nice way to take a break in the AC.

This restaurant is located inside the Jacksonville zoo and gardens. It has a small menu that consists of burgers, chicken sandwiches and a few salad options. The have a few children’s items on the menu such as chicken tenders. There is outdoor seating in the courtyard outside the restaurant and some located inside as well. They are frequently busy so be prepared to stand in line!

Need better service and more help and bigger menus and seafood options on the menu like fish and chips or fish tacos or fish sandwiches or shrimp tacos and shrimp baskets or crab cakes or crab legs or something else with the name and being on the river front need to be more of a seafood restaurant
