Went here with my best friend and her daughter. I had a breakfast burger which came with an egg and wow! It was so good! Everything was hot and fresh. My friend had the whiskey BBQ burger and baby girl had chicken tenders. Over all, it was a good lunch!

Perfect for us, if you are in to dine and dash, this is not the place, don’t even bother. If you are into a relaxed causal atmosphere and caring staff., come in and enjoy. The parking lot clean, the store clean, well presented, TV’S not blaring. Staff is very people and service oriented. The food is prepared Exactly as requested, and very tasty. The burgers are hand crafted to stay together, an art unto it self. The staff pleasantly checks on you and your needs. Restrooms cleaned and maintained. We will return.

My first experience was great, only because of AMY! she was amazing. She was taking care of the entire restaurant like a rock star. Now my second experience was the complete opposite and I’m not going to give a bad review due to it. The bartender look like she was barely 21 and spent every spare second on her phone. I had to ask to place my order I had to ask for a drink. And when she should have been asking if I wanted another one I believe it was a manager who stepped out of the back and looked at my drink empty and asked if I wanted another one. She probably said three words the entire time I was there which was over an hour. I believe she thought since she was pretty she didn’t have to do anything. You guys should really look at replacing this girl. And hiring more like Amy. Good job Amy you’re awesome.

It was a little after 5:00, not busy, parking was easy, quick table. Cheerful employees. Wife liked her generous wine poor, server remember not to put ice in my Dr Pepper as requested (you’d be surprised).

The one thing that makes an ok”craft” burger good is having great “craft” fries to go with it. The fries here miss the mark. I’ve had better fries from the frozen section at the grocery store.

We don’t get to Arizona often but when we do, Tru burger is a must stop. Amy greeted us like family upon entering. Dayvon served us and although very busy, we still received the same friendly service we’re accustom to. Christian made our drinks and boy were they strong.

I went here for the first time yesterday and it was really good! I had the cesar salad with salmon, and chips and salsa. The chips by themselves were really good. Everything was good. I will definitely be back to try their burger and fries. The atmosphere is nice; it’s great for lunch during the day, after work date with co-workers, date with significant other, and even drinks to watch the game because they have TV’s in each dining area. I liked the vibe. I went around 1pm and it was not too packed. I was able to stay more than 6ft from other ppl which I like and appreciate. None of ther servers wore masks, but to each his own I guess. It’s my responsibility to keep myself as safe as I want to be, not others. I will go back.

If you haven’t been to Tru Burger, I would highly recommend it. It was my first time going. I went with 2 friends for dinner. Food…delightfully deelish! I had the salmon burger and it was heaven in my mouth. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their dishes as well. The service….fantastico! We were greeted and seated right away and the staff was very attentive and friendly. Two pluses! Thank you for making my 1st dining experience great that I would now recommend your establishment to others, as well eat there again!
