Truckee Brewing company is definitely worth visiting if you’re ever in the area. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. The menu is diverse, and they offer something for everyone. The clam chowder was hearty and packed with flavor, while the chicken sandwich was juicy and tender. The wings were perfectly crispy, and the mozzarella sticks were cheesy and delicious.

Not that big of a place. Food was OK. I had the Philly cheese steak sandwiche. The description said onions and peppers but the sandwich did not come with any. Bum was almost burnt and the sandwich was dry. The pesto pizza was good though.

Cool place. Good food. Got a Philly cheesesteak on happy hour. Delicious. Might be a teensy bit pricey on non-happyhour, but hey, it’s Truckee. Playing good music at a volume I can actually hear. I asked why the Truckaté wasn’t technically a “Mexican lager” and he changed it on the virtual menu immediately lol! I’m a bartender and this was my first time here. I’ll be back.

After standing at the check in sign and being ignored person after person, we had to ask to be seated. Had the chicken salad wrap but it was served warm? Never had that salad warmed up before & I never want it again. The fries were good but only small packets of ketchup were available

Stopped here on our wayy through town & absolutely no regrets !! My partner & I split a flight of beers, the seltzer was my favourite! We also each ordered a calzone, although it took a little longer to make it was worth the wait! Service was speedy & polite despite it clearly being packed and busy!

I would give a 5 stars, but there were a couple of things that were off (and 5 out of 5 means all was great). Yes it’s a bit pricey for a brew-pub. However COVID and inflation have changed prices everywhere. Waiter was good and food came out quickly. I had the burger and wife had the Stone salad with Salmon. Both were good (she really liked the salad). As for the couple of ‘dings’: 1) the 2 different beers I had were not great (Truckee IPA and Black Diamond IPA), I had high hopes given they make them; 2) the pint glasses have their cool logo on them so wife wanted to buy one…shocked at the $12 price for an empty glass, but alas my wife still wanted, so the guy grabs one out of the shelf where they get all glasses to use…and it was used. I didn’t think it would be an issue, but once in the car saw that it was scratched up. Too late, already heading out. But for a crazy $12 you would think it would be a new glass.
