We went to the wine grower’s (Tercero wine) dinner party. All 13 courses were very good, and had good variety, including fish, pork, beef and vegetables. Evening was very lively with the chefs describing the dishes and the wine grower describing his wines. As soon as I emptied my wine glass, someone magically filled it up!

Best birthday meal I have ever experienced. The 12 course meal was intimate. The chef told stories and I was even able to talk to him about the food scene in NY after the meal was completed. The wine pairings presented from the sommelier added to the experience. Everyone should experience eating here at least once.

What I loved most about this meal is the unmistakable room filling passion towards each of the dishes that are served to the guests. Each guest is expected to walk in, sit down, and trust that they will be satisfied. For a multi-course experience, even if a dish or two was a creative flop, the hope is that each guest would be satisfied by the many other dishes served that night. I really appreciate this kitchen taking the creative risk to produce one-offs such as the home made salted brie, and capitalize on seasonal items such as the ramp.

We went to Trust for date night on a Friday, and reserved 2 spots for their Dinner Party! We arrived late and they saved us our appetizer and wine, and were able to enjoy the rest of the fabulous evening.

Hands down the best restaurant in Orange County. The main dishes are great and the drink pairings go well. Most places treat side dishes as fillers but they are just as good as the mains! Always a good meal and like how they make it simple, tax and tip included, all you can drink.
