Good salmon sushi and good warm but cheap sake. They do reduce their menu by a lot for any late night eating so don’t go by the items online. They really only stick to simple sushi at night. You can order food from the sister restaurant in the lobby (which is just American cuisine) and drinks. Good service though!

The sushi came out quickly which was nice, but the rice was just okay. The Levi maki was pretty good with a lot of fun flavors, but wasn’t exceptional. Overall it was just an okay experience, that I’d probably do again just for the convenience of staying in the hotel.

This is for the one in the Hyatt Hotel. They are hit it miss depending on who the chef is but when it’s the good one it’s good. It will be hotel prices so keep that in mind. Best bang for your buck was the chicken udon IMO.

Too noisy being in the hotel lobby. The spicy tuna hand roll ‘s seaweed was not crispy for being just made. I ordered mackerel nigiri and got bluefin tuna nigiri. The gyoza looked more like Chinese dumplings the gyoza, although they were tasty.
