This is probably the best Chinese takeout I’ve ever ate. Food hot, and good. I love Crab rangoons, chicken, they even without asking put soy sauce, duck sauce, forks, napkins, and red sauce! That’s why I’m giving it such a good rating because they did that without me asking, it was thoughtful.

I called the restaurant and specifically asked if they delivered to our address. The lady at the other end of the line confirmed that it was possible by looking up our address. We were excited about the idea of having Asian food delivered and actually had to call back. When I returned the call she remembered the address and took my order with a 45 min delivery expectancy.

Not a place to go in and eat. Cold and dank. Food was not tasty. Very small portions. Ordered crab Rangoon and it cost almost as much as my lunch special… Too many other choices in town to charge 14 bucks for small lunch. Tried to give downtown shops my business, but it certainly didnt earn it.

Easily the best egg-foo-young since my childhood favorite over 1500 miles away. Newer to Richmond KY and we love Tsing Tao but I need to give them an extra thank you “shout out” for their delivery and kindness with my broken foot. Thank you for the extra good fortune. Your food, delivery staff and good spirit make you an easy favorite. Thank you! (And your Ginger Shrimp is amazing.) We are lucky to have such great food!

Very not happy with how two issues were handled. #1 – no white rice came with order, #2 started eating any way and found a pointy CHICKEN BONE in the cashew chicken. The person on the phone could not even credit for the meal without manager permission. It’s a bone!!!! And no rice. Sorry, Chinese food all over should be fast, tasty and filling. No bones and always with rice. This delivery is to a hotel, which probably doesn’t help, because we’re obviously visitors only. BTW – the restaurant is less than 2 miles away.

I started going there a year ago…consistently. it was a weekly treat, but then food was cold or portions smaller,, however rates same. So I resorted to going out on the bypass to China King which was much farther.. Tonight I opted to go back to Tsing Tao due to time constraints. I ordered extra chicken with an upcharge….understandably.. I specifically asked that the chicken be in a separate container. I wasn’t given extra chicken. I know that cuz I know the portions visually. Thus here is my review for anyone who needs it. You don’t go backwards when u run a business. I left for a period of time and tonight I was reminded why. Really liked Angela.

Disappointed, small portions, cold, I had ate here before same meal and was great. Mongolian beef the beef was tender and moist and meal was juicy. Today was tough, dry, cold. Hot and sour soup was good.
