Food and service where great! Two negatives in my opinion the soup broth was lukewarm, I don’t know about you but I like my broth hot hot because as it sits it will get cold and that is exactly what happened Second thing my pork was salty! That was unfortunate because the meat was so tender but the saltiness ruined it.

I’m absolutely thrilled that TSUJITA LA Artisan Noodle has finally opened a branch in the SGV area. No longer do I have to trek all the way to Sawtelle for my Tsukemen fix. Tsukemen is undoubtedly the heart and soul of their menu, and let me tell you, it’s a taste sensation! The noodles themselves are a work of art – the perfect balance of chewiness that pairs flawlessly with the rich and flavorful dipping broth. And speaking of that broth, it’s a symphony of umami that takes the experience to a whole new level. It’s so thick and indulgent that every bite is a savory delight.

Great to see the famous Tsujita Ramen from the West LA to the east part in San Gabriel. Something changes and most things remain the same. In my own opinion, the broth is much thicker and even more salty than the one in Sawtelle. One can feel the taste and even see the debris of the fish in the broth. The deluxe combo contains eggs, bamboo and certain small dishes. The price is expensive as both the deluxe combo of Ramen and Tsukmen would be close to $30. When it changes from killer noodles and the grand opening, there are indeed many people in line during dinner and lunch rush hours. Now things seem to be better.

The Tsukemen was just alright, noodles were room temperatured and sauce was a little too salty. Their Tonkatsu ramen and chicken karaage was pretty good.

First time here. Definitely better then most ramen spots. Unfortunately the protein in my ramen was a bit to salty. The broth alone was delicious.

Let me get my biggest complaint out of the way: they are charging money for spicy takana. Before you tell me that is okay, imagine if a Chinese restaurant charging you for soy sauce, or a burger restaurant charging you for ketchup, or a sul lung tang restaurant charging you for salt. Spicy takana is NOT a topping, it is a condiment. Of course they are free to charge whatever they want for however much they want, but we as consumers must draw a line somewhere, and this is where I personally would draw mine.

Nice new ramen/noodle place in town. The servers are all really nice. Food is pretty tasty with the broth pretty thick and the meat is very tender. Only down side is the food takes a little while to come out when the place is busy.

Empty bowl in 5 minutes, The soup of is rich, and the noodle itself has a chewy texture. I highly recommend it. 進來就對了

Tsukemen was okay. The broth consistency was good since it was thick and full of meaty flavor. The noodles were thick and perfect (exactly how I had it on my trip to Japan not too long ago). However, lacked heat… the broth was almost lukewarm and became cold as you continued to dip and eat.

My husband and I went to try the ramen this afternoon, the store was not very busy, but we waited for more than half an hour to get the ramen, and they even forgot we ordered the matcha pudding too. The worst thing was we both began to have diarrhea without any food after eating the ramen, which was really a very bad experience. Do not want to go there anymore.
