It’s an impressive display of precision by which their most basic roles have the exact amount of seaweed and rice needed to hold together the sushi roll’s namesake. Maximizing the proportions of fish to rice within the crisp-tasting seaweed. Tsuki allows the freshness of the fish to speak for the roll. They’ve earned their dang-near 5 stars. Only wish this review would tip the scales from a 4.9 to a 5.

Service was pretty good, food was meh. I got three rolls and it was pretty bland tasting. My wife got two different rolls and hers was very bland and the salmon was definitely dated and mushy.
