They just DGAF. Paid for 2 specialty steak & cheeses – and got regular ones which were left over from a door dash or something because they were cold. Customer ahead of me had problems too. Bill was correct, but they sure did over compensate for inflation. I said oh well Tubby’s is awesome… well this one used to be. At least there’s a better one 2 miles away.

I went there on 5-4-23 and it was around 830 pm. I ordered 4 steak and mushroom 12″ subs and a tubbys sauce… I asked for 3 of them without onions, lettuce and tomatoes and 1 regular. I got my food and went home to the family and all four had everything on it. The store was closed by the time I got home. So I spent $64.50 for something we didn’t even eat. I know mistakes happen trust me but when I’m feeding 3 others and it costs that much money that was really disappointing. I would’ve called and had them remake it but since they were closed it was the end of that smh.

I ordered online. I got to the store to get my food. Either 4 or 5 people working there, nobody greeted me or anything. After a bout 10 mins I had to holler at them that I wanted to.pick up my order. And they give me order that was sitting on the counter since before I even got there.

Grilled Tubby’s Famous sub is amazing! Everything’s getting too expensive, but the prices here are a little high for what you get. However, I see they are stuffing a coupon in every sub going out the door now, so you can get at least a dollar off your next big sub.

I’ve been to this location a few times, usually without any mishap. I placed such a straightforward, simple order, a Stake & Cheese, toasted with only Steak n Cheese.. no lettuce, onion, nothing but Steak N Cheese with a toasted bread. UNCESSARY APPLIED effort to supply me with the sub in the way that they did. NOT TOASTED and lettus spread throughout the sub.
