If you order doordash from this location, be aware that they have a sign indicating a strict policy of forcing the doordash drivers to “confirm pickup” upon entering the restaurant, “no exceptions”. This means your dasher will likely appear to be taking longer than usual to get to you, especially if the order was not ready or they had the type of interaction that I had today. I was picking up an order and told them I would confirm pickup as soon as they gave me the order, to which they told me to either confirm or get out. I have lodged a complaint with doordash in addition to leaving these reviews. If enough people complain through doordash, this restaurant could lose their ability to deliver through the app. If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager was rude and combative, after I had been more than cordial.

There was more mayo than bread. I’m not going to be going back here, after seeing the subs … It’s not deserving of a second chance. Even with a 35$ order and a 10$ tip. Attitude and service was good honestly.

There really is no substitute for Tubby’s Submarine. This location is my favorite even though it’s in the hood the food is fresh, hot & taste good. Whenever I’m Deep East I stop here and get a Steak & Cheese sub combo. This is my favorite and only fast food restaurant over there. Go ahead and Try it, you’ll love it and u will be back.
