Stopped at Tudor’s Biscuit World in Elkview West Virginia on our way home from Mount Lookout West Virginia to Cleveland Ohio. Ordered two (2) orders of sausage gravy with two (2) biscuits each order and two (2) hashbrowns. Total cost was $15.00. Order only took less than 5 minutes. Hash browns were hot..very good..Sausage gravy over the biscuit s was also very hot..very good also. Lot of food..only able to eat hashbrown and 1 whole biscuit. Very satisfying for the price. My family are breakfast people so I volunteer to go get it everyday. I use to love Tudors but here lately it’s became quite terrible. One day you can be through the drive through in 10 mins but 9 times out of 10 it’s 30 plus minutes for food that isn’t worth eating. I’m not one to complain but it’s getting a bit out of hand. 3 days in a row I got food that I threw away. My sausage was so burnt I could smell it as soon as I took the biscuit out of the bag. My hash brown was cold to the touch also. Half the time they don’t even fill my drinks completely up and charge over 2$ for one. And when they do it’s 90 percent ice. Figured well it might be better, However it has not. I’ve been to other Tudors around the valley and they don’t have this problem. Seems to be this location and Belle. The rest are awesome. Good luck hope you turn things around.

I go to this Tudors a couple times a month for breakfast and it seems their getting slower in the drive thru each time. Went to get breakfast the other morning and set in the drive thru in one spot for over 10 minutes and never moved. I could understand if the inside was packed but there was four vehicles in the parking lot. It took 55 minutes from the time I got in the drive thru line to get my food. Looks like I’ll be looking for another place for breakfast.

The woman at the register was eating food from one of the to-go boxes, the.n she stopped eating only to try to take my order with food while trying to get it down and kept having to cover her mouth. She was very friendly and apologized for ” getting caught ” I assume. That why employees have breaks and you eat at the table and on break. And the new automatic doors suck!!!!!!

What’s there not to love? Stopped here while driving through WV, and was impressed with my delicious, solid breakfast. Went inside, had fast, friendly service, got a delicious breakfast sandwich, t-shirt and on with my day. Will be back next time I come through.
