TUDORS!!!! Everyone loves tudors, this location I put above others because of the fountain drinks BEING ON THE CUSTOMER SIDE!!! This makes it for me, nobody WANTS to ask for refills. Also because they bring your orders to your table instead of a cluster of people waiting at the regi. They recently did some well needed updates in new seating and a nice black ceiling. I also saw on my most recent visit a designated dinningroom cleaner. Love it! Also I’ve been seeing the same friendly cashier and shes the best! She greets everyone upon entry, did a reccomendation and delivered my biscuit to the table with napkins. I noticed recently going on Sat/Sun that there quality declines when busy, my biscuit was tough like rubber and little burnt with very little cheese. Also theres now this annoying order beeper thing. I didnt like it and the faces on others showed they didnt like it either, its akward! Other than those I do recommend and will be back reguraly (but I’l visit during the week days).

We have been to Tudor’s a couple of times now for breakfast. I placed my order inside and received my order very quickly. I ordered the egg melt biscuits. The biscuits were nice and fluffy. I would say though, the biscuits needed to be baked for a couple of extra minutes so it would have been perfectly baked. My toddler loved the egg and cheese biscuit so much that he ate almost the whole sandwich!

Just stopped by on my way home to grab some food for the family bought 5 different biscuits and 3 of the 5 we’re burnt and basically hard enough to be inedible. Attached is a photo of 2 of them. I and my daughter were hungry enough not to care but it’s still bull$h!t that they care more about food cost than food quality. Shame on management! I’ll be contacting the district manager.

Barboursville route 16 they need someone in there that knows how to fix the gravy it is always running and taste like some kind of mix no sausage no thickness to the gravy at all
