Attempted to go through the drive though at this location because it never has any traffic and I was in a hurry, when I attempted to order a blackberry biscuit but asked for it to be packaged separately because of the mess, I was told no, where I replied that every other location has always done this for me- and they said “Well we wont do it here” where I then replied with a colorful word then left. When I went to the 20th street location and asked for the same thing they welcomed me with open arms and were friendly and accommodating. Now I see why there isn’t much traffic at that location when it has the most opportunity. Avoid this place if you would like any customer service or accommodations.

I came through the drive through for my kids today around noon .. most of them get breakfast and one gets lunch. I told them I had a pretty big order starting off .. well first they told me they didn’t have pancakes anymore , which was okay, I went with French toast sticks . So i continue to order .. my son who doesn’t like breakfast wanted a grilled cheese with chili . The lady then tells me they can’t make a grilled cheese bc the grill was full .. I then canceled my entire order bc that if absolutely ridiculous. They lost a $50 order today bc they want to be lazy. I will take my business elsewhere ..

They are consistent…consistent in getting my order wrong. This Tudors would be great if they could find a way to bring me the right order when they tell me to pull up and wait. Third time they’ve mixed it up. Frustrating when you are trying to grab a bite before hitting the road. Guess it’s my fault for not checking before I leave. There’s better Tudors around. Choose wisely.
