Every time I’m in Alamogordo, I make a run to the Tulie Freeze! They’ve been around for as long as I can remember (I’m OLD), and they make *REAL* malted milkshakes, not like the chain fast-food places! The green chili cheeseburgers take me back to my childhood, and the onion rings are great! That said, the place could use a makeover. I highly recommend the place!

First time here May 26 2023 litetally just left. I ordered a green chile burger with no onions. I am allergic. Burger came out and when i bit into it lord behold, onions. I told the lady up front and said that i had ordered it with no onions and she said she didn’t here me. My coworker did tell her i said no onions as he ordered the same burger with everything on it. Another lady came around and made a big deal about the proce of the burger (which i paid for) so idk why that was the issue. She took it back “made another one” and she came back to the table and literally tossed the burger on the table and turned around.

After a day of fishing I stopped there for a well deserved dessert. I did a search and I chose them because it seemed like a place the locals would go. So glad I did! Great service and delicious hot fudge Sunday. Greeted with a smile. Prices reasonable. I’ll be back for sure. It’ll be my stop after fishing place. Thank you!

This place was great. Home town feel, burger and fries all made fresh to order. We also got a shake that was some of the best ice cream I’ve had in a long time. The ladies that ran it were great. I would recommend that people driving through stop here.

The ice cream is very good but we also tried the food and it was just OK at best. Double cheeseburger, Chilli dog, hamburger and chicken stripes were so so, almost tasteless. Onion rings were soggy. I wouldn’t eat the food there again but will continue shopping for the desserts.
