I’ve had a lot of fast casual Mexican food before, and even a lot of sit down restaurant Mexican food, Tulum is easily one of my all time favorites from my 57 years, and I’ve only visited once. The flavors of the burrito I had were outstanding. My friend had a quesadilla and it was also excellent. They also brought a little pail of chips, and those were good, as was the salsas you could get at the salsa bar. About the only improvement this place could make is to add another soda machine. The line for getting a drink was sometimes deep. But the food, absolutely amazing and best around when it comes to Mexican. I’ll be back again very soon!

Wonderful food!!! I absolutely love the Baja shrimp tacos!!! So delicious!!! Everyone will love to eat at this restaurant!!! My husband just found a new favorite…shrimp burrito, he said it was amazing!!! The restaurant is clean and the employees are very friendly. My Baja shrimp tacos were great!!! It’s very nice to stop by and pick up some tacos to go, when I’m too busy to stay in the restaurant.

This is a great place to go when you want delicious fresh ingredients. There are multiple menu items that can be made vegan if you leave off certain ingredients like cheese and the Xcaret sauce. When I order here I get delicious, satisfying meals that do not lack flavor or substance because I ordered them vegan. There is a nice area to sit outside and eat, and a salsa bar inside.

Great place to eat. They have a cool salsa bar you can get what you want. They bring fresh tortilla chips to you. Although you do have to place your order at the counter and pay its still a really nice place to dine. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the quesadillas. Great choice. The margaritas were okay as well.

We went to the other location a couple of months ago and loved it. We decided to meet some friends at this location but as soon as we walked in it smelled overwhelmingly like nail polish. We realized that a couple of doors down is a nail salon. This overwhelming odor really ruined our meal. So it’s hard to say if the food was good or not.

This was our first visit. The menu is broad and the staff was very very friendly and helpful. The prices are good considering all you get with your entree items (rice, beans, chips, salsa). The food was good but my tacos had too much additions beside the protein (pico, lettuce, cheese, etc) which sort of hid the protein.

Calling here for carryout will forward you to another location as this one has closed. Just over 2 miles and another 8 min which isn’t bad if you’re driving. If you happen to be WALKING however from one of the various hotels in the area, you might be a bit upset. Was only made aware of this small fact after I called again to inquire as to why the lights were off in the restaurant. Guy taking my order left that little tidbit out.

Their food quality has really gone down hill. Family used to love this place now we would rather have a corn dog from dodges, that’s saying something. Not worth it for the price. Food has no flavor, beans looked like they were squeezed out of a bag not even a can.

Awesome food. Great service. They took excellent care of my developmentally disabled son. His shrimp was too spicy for him and they cooked him fresh not spicy shrimp for no cost. Outstanding people.
