It took nearly 30 minutes for our simple order to be taken, and 45 for it to be delivered. It took 3 tries to get tortillas to get delivered with the fajitas. The food was tasty, and portions were double sized, but it wasn’t worth the wait.

Went for the lunch buffet (something new they started a week ago) and was pleasantly surprised. Our first time eating here and everything was flavorful and fresh. It’s a small buffet but hit the right spots. There was a salad bar, soups, fixings to make your own bowls and tacos. Price was around $12 ish, don’t quite remember the exact price, but was worth it and I’d go again! It’s from 11-2pm. Check online or call the restaurant for exact days. We went on a Saturday.

Edit — if you actually call there and tell them what you want, you’ll be happy — I asked them to make my order larger than usual (bc I had been fasting) and spicier than usual and it turned into maybe the best Mexican meal I’ve ever had.

Tulum Mexican Restaurant has good authentic Mexican food flavor. My friend and I were seated promptly and the server provided menus and took drink orders right away. The service was okay and my fajitas came out really late. While they did apologize and reported that they had some unforeseen problems with my order, I understood and my friend and I patiently waited for my food. My friend said his burrito was good and he said he would probably try something else on the menu next time he dines there again. When my fajitas arrived, they were steaming hot. The portion size was very big and my food was tasty. I do think I will dine at this restaurant again solely for the flavor of their food, it’s so good!!

The restaurant was clean and quaint, and the food was ridiculously good. We went as a field trip for my Spanish class and the waitress was friendly and gave us the feeling of an authentic Mexican restaurant experience.

Excellent service, very friendly staff. Very glad to have this addition of Mexican cuisine in the eastern part of the county less than 2 miles from my home. I told a gentleman there that I would post a review of the restaurant. Very nice interior, great meal and very friendly folks. This establishment will be packed out for lunch and dinner once people become aware of it. I would prefer that the portions for take away to be a bit more generous
