The restaurant is beautifully decorated. There were 9 of us at our party the evening I visited. Out of 9 people, 7 ordered drinks, and 6 of them said the drinks were weak. I ordered champagne. Mine was fine. Other than the 30 minutes, I had to wait for it. We placed our food order, and about 45 minutes later, we were served. The food was alright. The service for us was not good at all. We will not be back. I ordered the carrot cake for dessert and a cappuccino. The carrot cake was packed with coconut, but the menu did not disclose that, and neither did the server. I was charged for my cappuccino but never received it. I did not say anything because I was over this dinner experience.

This was Paladar before the name changed post-pandemic. Almost the same set up and decor with different food and atmosphere. They now have a 20% sit down fee for simply dining in. That was told to us after we ate and applies for parties of 6 and dining after 9:30 pm. There is 3% convenience fee for using a credit card and the Maryland tax for the alcohol and food. They have a lot of club sparkler birthday cakes that come out and look cool but if you have your entire entourage coming be prepared to spend more than just what you order for simply being at the table. Food was decent but for all the nickel and diming, you could get better from the near by restaurants or hit the Whole Foods food bar.

The New Tuscan Prime Italian Chophouse restaurant in Annapolis was perfect for my Birthday Lunch. We noticed that this would be a great place to host a group of friends for dinner as well after arriving. The atmosphere and decor set the stage for the experience we were about to have. Our server (Mo) was great. He made several great recommendations & was even able to get me a dish that was on the dinner menu for lunch. Topped it off with the carrot cake for 2 to complete the meal. Overall great experience, good food & we look forward to try other items on the menu.

The food was absolutely delicious. The Agave cocktail was sweet and delightful! The crowd is a bit younger and the atmosphere is a bit upbeat. They have a large private room that seems great for big private dinners. Service was really wonderful!

We went here for our Anniversary and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent, each employee wished us happy anniversary, they checked on us multiple times and always seemed ready and available to help. The taste and quality of the food was just amazing. The salmon was so tender and juicy inside with a perfect crisp to the outside and the buttery cous cous was to die for. The ambiance was that out of a TikTok video and just perfect for cute pics with your soul mate. I 1,000% recommend this place to everyone

It is the Vibes! Very nice for a nice date, or special occasion. The food was great, oysters top tier. The pasta was delicious. The server was overly attentive, I didn’t mind, but my guests were starting to get annoyed with constantly being interrupted. It was a slower night so I assumed, that we were receiving extra love for that. They brought out a cake and birthday sparkler for birthday! I wanted the carrot cake, but they ran out and I settled for the red velvet cake which was just OK. I loved the red décor and photos on the wall, very nice ambiance. We went during all day HH and sat in the lounge area after dinner which was nice, but the drinks were still full price? We didn’t complain, but HH prices were still pricey

Came in for lunch on Sunday and there was no wait at all. The waiter (Spencer) was really attentive and made sure our water was always topped off. The chicken parmigiana was great and the noodles were made from scratch. The eggplant parmigiana and calamari were also great. The brussel sprouts are unique – it has a sweet glaze, but they also added mustard to it which adds a bit of zing back in it (I’d probably go without the mustard). The carrot cake was huge and the gold crust was nifty (it had real carrots in it). Definitely going back and would recommend for random meals or special events (there was a huge party in a private room and it sounded like they were having a blast).
