First-timer… Great dinners. Started with the appetizer of pear purses in a delightfully spicy tomato sauce. I had seafood linguine. My fiance had the special rigatoni with sausage and mushrooms. We finished dinner with a Tartufo. Everything was delicious. Looking forward to the next time and trying new options. Service was terrific.

This was one of my favorite meals of our week long trip. Service was phenomenal, and the food was even better. Real Italian food, comparable to The Hill in STL. I would HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re looking for amazing Italian food. With so many choices of restaurants in the area, it was hard to choose where to eat on this trip. SO glad we stopped! I mean come on !!!!! ; what an experience. This place is amazing !!!! ; came here based on the amazing reviews and was not disappointed! Marty the server is absolutely amazing; he is so great, from the knowledge to the service to the conversation – he is absolutely amazing ! . And the food is freaking BOMB, I mean berthing about this place just works; the decor , the low-key atmosphere about it, the simplicity, and the overall vibe is just great. Had dinner with a two colleagues’ while in the area on business. Was skeptical of going in as there was no one in the place but decided to go in anyway and give it a try. The waiter was very attentive and it took no time to get our appetizer, drinks and entrees. The food portions were large but unfortunately the flavor did not meet up with the prices. Spent 166 dollars for three people which isn’t terrible but smaller portions with better flavor would have made this place 5 stars.

Hidden gem! Love the food, amazing and very personalized sevice! They only have about 6 or 7 tables, a very authentic and cozy place. Almost as a private Italian dinner. We got an arugula salad good for two, a special of the night pasta with porciny mushrooms and sausage my favorite! a classic chicken parmigiana and a canoli, yummy! portions are big, I took home almost half of mine…Be back soon!

Our service was 5 star! Food was 4 star! From the looks of outside you wouldn’t want to enter. Once inside there is pride in service. Arugula salad was great with fresh Italian parm cheese. Lamb needed a lil more salt. Red sauce on chicken parm was ok but not the best. Canoli was great for dessert. Portions were large pasta was amazing. We enjoyed talking with our server who give us the full history of the restaurant. We will visit again to see him and try something new from the menu.

Definitely a hidden gem! I will recommend to everyone traveling here. The attention to detail, the customer service and passion for food puts this on the map. Their dessert is just as amazing as their main dish (which they use freshly made pasta by the way). I would fly back just to eat here again!! Remember to make a reservation though. Absolutely amazing food and evening. Marty, one of the owners had the best energy imaginable. His passion for the food and desire to make our experience perfect made for an unforgettable evening. We ordered the special which had sausage, mushroom, and a cream sauce with a sprig of rosemary on top. The pairing was amazing. We don’t really like lamb, but when Marty described a lamb dish, we were intrigued, and it did not disappoint. People often say this was the best [insert hype here] I’ve ever had and it has seemed like hype. But honestly, we’ve never been impressed with lamb ’till tonight. Please come to this restaurant and whatever your server describes that peaks your interest, order it!
