First time here and the food was excellent. It was well seasoned, cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The portions were adequate and priced accordingly. The Chicken Marsala was phenomenal and I highly recommend it. Our server was very friendly, personable and took a genuine interest in our satisfaction. I will definitely Suggest to my family and friends that they visit this restaurant. My only recommendation would be to update the interior decor. It does look a bit dated.

Tried Tuscany Grill after reading reviews and recommendations from other sites. We were not disappointed. Made reservations arrived on time for our anniversary dinner. We were greeted at the door and seated right away. Sherri was our server and was absolutely great. Wine list was very nice and not too pricey. Ordered wine and mozzarella square appetizer . Delicious! Our entrees came timely and were so good and fresh! We were then surprised when a slice of homemade cheesecake came on the house because it was our first time there. To die for! What a great meal and experience. We will be back soon!

My family and I reside in the far Northwest part of the city, but wanted to try a new Italian restaurant somewhere in Henderson for a change. I discovered this place after a Google search and my family agreed to try it out. Since it was still earlier in the day, we called and made a reservation just in case, and it was a good thing that we did because the place was busy when we walked in.

A couple of friends took us out to dinner while we was visiting Las Vegas. Had the prime rib it was cooked the way I wanted medium rare. The horseradish sauce was splendid I didn’t care for the au jus it lacked flavor. Baked potato with butter & sour cream and Caesar salad that I ate as sides was excellent!! Waitstaff was very friendly also the gentleman host who greeted us was very friendly excellent levels of professionalism to go around! Whoo! Overall a very pleasant and awesome experience eating at Tuscany Grill restaurant!! After a long road trip to the west coast from New York it was nice to eating out at a fabulous restaurant! The service at Tuscany is always friendly and perfect perfect from the Maitre D’s to the servers and bus persons! The food is great but even though I give it a five-star rating, I personally fo like my chicken breast to be pounded a little more thinner, but then, everybody has their own tastes. The portions of food are definitely overwhelming, as there is always enough to take home in to go box.
