Food was really good. Our server was very attentive and she made sure our water or other drinks were always filled. The prices were better then other Italian type restaurants. My sister in law did like the wine too. I’d come back again.

I’m torn regarding this review. 4 of us had lunch and the other 3 enjoyed theirs. The appetizer (stuffed mushrooms in cream sauce) was excellent. But I ordered the Chicken Piccata . . . the sauce was nice and light, the pasta cooked just right, but the chicken was NOT edible. First of all it looked odd and then one bite and that was it. Waitress never asked if there was a problem with it, but maybe she didn’t notice that was all that was left on my plate. We took it home to the dogs, they loved it.

Decent place for an inexpensive Italian meal. At there as a part of a group of nearly 20 people late afternoon on a Sunday. Service was very attentive by 2 wait staff. Menu was somewhat limited with standard choices. I had a special with shrimp, angel hair pasta, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and was quite good. One person had to send her order back when a special request was missed. Aside frim that, no complaints. The rolls were tasty and large, and plenty were provided. Wine list was about average for a lower priced place. Beer list was pretty limited compared to a lot of restaurants in Round Rock. The restaurant building and dining area, in an older small strip mall, could use some spiffing up. Definitely a step down from Gino’s but also less expensive. Olive Garden might be a better choice, but Tuscany appears to be a smaller, private operation and not part of a large, chain conglomerate. That might make a difference to many people.

We have ordered food from Tuscany Grill twice. Both times we have been more than pleased with our meal. The food quality is unparalleled to any other Italian restaurant in the Austin area. Everything is fresh, flavorful, well-prepared and well-presented. Highly recommend.

Had dinner here today. The fooood was better than expected. My husband and I shared an appetizer-stuffed mushrooms in a creamy white sauce, very tasty. I had the chicken parmagiana and the portion was huge and full of flavor. My husband had shrimp ravioli, he almost ordered another to go but was already so full. The taste beats Olive Garden. It may not seem so attractive on the outside but once inside it was very cozy, clean, and welcoming.

Little gem in our back yard! We ordered the sampler and the chicken picatta. Both were amazing and generous portions. We took some home for later. The garlic rolls are so buttery. Yum! Need to come back and try the pizza. 5*

I decided to treat myself to something new and yummy for my Birthday today and I am not dissapointed! The food is absolutely amazing! I had the Stuffed Mushrooms, Seafood Pasta and Italian Cream Cake. Everything was to die for! I will definitely be adding this place to my normal rotation.

Mediocre food and terrible service. Many in my group felt sick after eating here, contributing to the very poor experience. I had chicken parmesan and it was extremely tough and dry, with very little flavor. There was only one waiter for a large group, leading to poor service and the waiter getting irritated (slow service). I would not recommend eating here.

The exterior hides a very clean and well-kept interior. I ordered the Italian sampler, which included a generous portion of Alfredo pasta, chicken parmesan and a smaller portion of lasagna, including a salad and garlic bread rolls.
