We went here for dinner the night we got into town. I don’t understand why they don’t have 5 stars. Service was very good, very attentive waitress Alaina and the food was to perfection. The knot rolls are so good. I don’t like vinaigrette that much but I liked it very much. For appetizers we had stuffed portobello mushroom with crabmeat, oh how my taste buds enjoyed that. I ordered Chicken Parmigiana and my husband had the lasagna. Both were very good with leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

The hubs and I drove an hour to go back to school shopping at the Williamsburg outlets. Before heading home, we decided we wanted to grab some lunch. He really had a taste for pasta, so I googled, and a few places came up. We landed on Tuscany due to the photos of the food.

Delicious food! Accompanying our dinner entrees was a family style salad bowl and basket of delicious garlic knots. The entrees were generous in size, leaving us with plenty of leftovers to enjoy later. The house sangria was also memorable. I particularly enjoyed my pistachio gelato dessert — a unique sweet that ended my meal on a high note.

Giving a 5 star because the food and service are better than it should be for a strip mall Italian place. We ordered bruschetta (really delicious, but they could slice the tomatoes thinner), 2 sangrias (red and white – both excellent), the blackened salmon (salmon was cooked perfectly and comes with yummy garlic spinach and disappointing mushroom risotto. It was long grain rice, think uncle bens, and seemed overcooked), seafood ravioli (perfect), tiramisu pretty good) and a decaf coffee. They also serve garlic knots and entrees came with a salad. The garlic knots were meh. Lemon vinaigrette was delish, the Cesar salad dressing tasted super basic. Our total was about $106 (including a 3% credit card fee).

Overall, one of the best restaurants I’ve dined at in the Hampton Roads area. The service was very good until the end, our waitress got busy and forgot about taking our payment.

OMG, I am usually not big on reviews lately but this place was so delicious I have to review. We placed our orders and they brought out fresh baked biscuits with a family sized salad. The salad was fresh with a house Italian dressing that was delicious. My husband ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and I ordered the straw and hay (chicken Alfredo with mushrooms and bacon). Everything was freshly made and perfectly cooked. I wish we were staying here longer so that we could visit again!!! The waitress was very attentive and helpful. If u are in the Williamsburg area I definitely recommend this Italian restaurant. It is the best Italian food we have had in a long time!!!

The place was beautiful inside. It would be a good place to go on a date. Dinner comes with a salad and garlic knots. The salad, although it had a lot of stuff in it, was not very flavorful. The Garlic knots I believe where made out of the pizza dough. Soft inside but a little tough to bite through ( but tasted good). I ordered a trio plate that had cheese ravioli, cheese tortellini and gnocchi with Alfredo sauce with chicken and mushrooms. They didn’t have any gnocchi so they added more of the other two I place of it. They were very accommodating when I asked for peas instead of the mushrooms. It was very tasty. My sister got penne with meatballs and ricotta. It was a lot of food but it said it was supposed to be baked and it didn’t looked like it. The meatballs tasted like spam ( we were told they were made of mostly turkey). Our waitress was very sweet but must of been new because she couldn’t answer any questions about the menu but went and asked and came back. She did a good job though. I would definitely go back.

The service, the set up and atmosphere was great. The appetizer was wonderful. The main dishes were okay but the sauce over the noodles was to much and was bland. The dessert was great. Main pet peeve was the fact they charge an extra 3.75% on each card transaction. They have a sticker on top right corner of the menu to inform us(see menu picture). That does add up on large groups. Just be aware.
