It was a horrible experience, me and my friends wanted to have a nice girls night out. Grab a few drinks something to eat and listen to some good music the food was cold and tasted terrible when we told the waiter about it she refused to bring us out fresh food even though we touched nothing on our plates, we thought maybe they were busy so we ignored the rude waiter and went to get drinks from the bar. We ordered a few shots all straight they were given to us completely watered down, my friend ordered fireball and it wasn’t even brown anymore. We said something about it and about not wanting to pay for watered down drinks the manager on duty told us to leave or he would call the police. This was the worst service I have ever had, we all work in customer service so we always give the benefit of the doubt but this time we will NEVER be going back here. We ended up stopping and getting McDonald’s AFTER dinner, we didn’t eat anything and left our drinks but paid for all of it. A complete scam and rip off!

Bartender there was very courteous and very informative. We were undecided on what to get and he made suggestions that in the end made this a super fantastic night. Been in Pittsburgh for three days coming out of Ohio and if it wasn’t for this place I would’ve never wanted to come to the city again. But the food and the service was out of this world which made my stay in Pittsburgh one of the best I’ve ever had. Thank you very much the food was fantastic.

I used to love 12, been there multiple times. But Saturday me and my entire group got turned away and told it was 25 or older on weekends, which is weird bc he asked the cop “do you want to start 25 or older now”in front of us, mind you it was already 12am. That’s fine, BUT my white friend went Sunday who is under 25 and got let in. I can’t help but think we got turned away because we were a group of black people vs a white lady. Sad to see this stuff still happens. – After looking at other reviews it seems this place just doesn’t want people of colors money. Good to know.

Stopped to honor the memory of my cousin who used to be the floor manager and worked the door, he passed away last year. They have his picture by the front door where he used to sit Never ate here before and I am so glad we stopped! They just unveiled a new menu a few weeks ago and OH. MY. GOSH. The Southern Belle chicken sandwich is hands down the BEST chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire life. And that’s not hyperbole! The flavor was to die for. Mac and cheese was My girlfriend got the pulled pork and it was also just as amazing! Great atmosphere and great wait staff! Can not wait to come back!

The food and drinks were really good. We went there for brunch and had the big A bloody Mary (it’s huge and hard to eat but very awesome), chicken and waffles, and the American breakfast. They have a nice bar and a bunch of tv screens that had college basketball and football on. Everything was good but the service was really slow at times, which is okay because we weren’t in a hurry but really the only point of complaint. I would go back there.

From the moment we walked in it was a great experience. Greeted immediately in a very welcoming manner by Darrin, who also served our table. Great service, BBQ dust wings were amazing, and the corn cakes were awesome. Everything is freshly made and they are proud of their product. Left soooo happy.

Great atmosphere, even better food. The food is reasonably priced especially for the quality. The brisket is probably the best ive ever had, perfect smokey taste. All the food I’ve had there has been good, the burgers, wings, pulled pork, mac n cheese, fries. I have yet to try something I didn’t like. Their food and drink menu has a huge variety and even their kids menu has brisket or sliders. The service is also fast and everyone working is really nice and attentive.
