Terrible customer service. I called to order and said everything I wished to order. The lady who took my order didn’t hear correctly of what I wanted. I also misunderstood her. But my order came back without the meat I ordered and another order I said when I first ordered. When we called back to let them know the order was wrong, horrible customer service. She yelled at me and hung phone up after I yelled back. She wasn’t willing to listen after I tried to explain to her they didn’t give me exactly what I ordered. I went to the establishment and she explained then. But I didn’t want my food anymore so I gave it back. However she gave my dad his order without charge. I hope they can do better with listening to customers and what they want. I will not be giving this restaurant service ever again.

Terrible customer service. Called in an order for 4 meals, the lady read the order back wrong, when asked to clarify she began yelling with the nastiest attitude. They’re never friendly when anyone calls, but they’ve never been that rude either. Pitiful.

The food is really good! I see others mention they feel the lady answering phones is rude. I believe shes trying really hard to do an excellent job, and is also very busy. No time for chit chat, lol. Ive no complaints, she always does her job well, and gets my order correct.

This is a typical small express Asian takeout restaurant. There are a couple seats inside but it’s oriented for to-go. Restaurant was clean in shopping center. Chicken was a little tough but I find that can be hit or miss – even at the same restaurant. Next week might be tender chicken. Portions are fairly large and much more than I can eat in one sitting.

This was the worst Chinese food that I’ve ever had. I had a General Tso chicken with fried rice. The chicken was old. It was so dry that I couldn’t chew it. The sauce was flavor-less, and the rice was nasty as well. It wasn’t fried. It was white rice with a few peas, carrots, and onions. The lady that took the order was rude. A real waste of money.
