My family had a great experience at Twin Owls Steakhouse on August 22, 2023. The food we ordered was good, including the dessert. The restaurant overlooks beautiful Estes Park and has spectacular views. The atmosphere was excellent, as a highly talented guitar player serenaded the customers with great music throughout the night. A big shoutout to our waiter Serg, as he was wonderful all night, never missing a moment or leaving us unsatisfied. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to eat on the pricey side in Estes Park.

Came here for our anniversary dinner. The ambience is nice, the views were great. The service was also exceptional. But the main reason you eat at a steakhouse is to enjoy upscale food. We ordered a 12oz dry aged bone in ribeye, and half of it was edible. Not ideal for a $60 cut of meat. Very grisly, and not with the fat you would expect. If you are happy with ambiance and good service then enjoy it, but if you’re looking for good food, check out other restaurants in the area.

I saw that there were quite a few rough reviews lately from some people, and I want to shoot them down right now. In spite of them, I gave this place a chance for a very important anniversary dinner, and they came through with flying colors. The whole staff was great and tried to make our time the best it could be. The view was breathtaking, and the best I have ever seen from a restaurant, and I have seen plenty around the world. The food was excellent. Our appetizer, the tuna tartar was delicious and unique. Our steaks, two filets, were cooked perfectly medium rare and melted in our mouths. We also enjoyed our sides, our drinks, and our dessert. Just an all around great time and I want to thank the staff and chef for a wonderful evening that set the stage for a great anniversary night! If we get the opportunity to return to Estes Park, we will definitely return to this place. I’ve included a view from our table.

A fabulous experience with excellent food, service, and friendliness. Our hostess sat us at our table and engaged us for a few minutes about CO (we came from FL) and instantly made us very comfortable. Great start! Our server was also excellent and the food was delicious. We had the elk kabob appetizer and the 16 oz bison bone-in ribeye and 7 Oz bison filet for our main course. So good!!

Great experience! All of the food was full of favor, with the exception of the burrata caprese salad. The bread was cold and there wasn’t enough balsamic vinaigrette or basil leaves. Other than that, the sea bass had a crispy element and may be possibly the best sea bass I have ever eaten… so buttery and delicious! It paired so well with the creamy polenta and broccolini. We also had the elk kebabs in a pepper sauce… so delish! I had the spinach and beet salad and wow! Full of flavor… paired so nicely with the dry cranberries, creamy goat cheese and the complimentary texture of the crushed pistachios. My husband had the boneless chicken with a slaw and corn bread… he loved it!

What a beautiful restaurant! The view is incredible! We made reservations online and it was super easy. We were seated immediately right next to a window. Our server was amazing and very attentive. The bread was yummy! My salmon was delicious and the potatoes were so good! My husband’s steak was more cooked than he wanted and the server offered to make it right but he insisted it was fine but the server decided to make up for it and bring me more wine, which was so kind. Highly recommend!! Such a lovely evening!
