Ordered pepperoni pizza with medium wings tonight 6/14/23. Received undercooked pizza and rubber wings with no sauce.. I should have known it was going to be bad when it was delivered in 15 minutes.. Never again will I order from the Baldwinsville location again.. The food had been low quality from the previous times I have ordered but I figured I try one more time because it has been awhile.. boy that was a mistake, it was actually worse food. Not worth the $50.

The food was great large pizza chicken wings, large salad,and a Philly steak that was oh so filled with steak and all the the filling, could not eat all ,this called for a take a take out box so if you want a great meal with leftovers go to Twin trees in Baldwinsville ,oh so good

So im at Twin trees Baldwinsville in New York and this was a quick stop first thing I didn’t know that Baldwinsville even had a twin trees but here it is and I’m glad I seen it was clean the staff was available and was friendly the Selection of pizza was Limited to only pepperoni Unless you wanted to order a fresh one And I wasn’t a hurry so I just got the pepperoni The taste was good

I decided to try Twin Trees when everyone else is raising prices and not allowing any changes to their “specials” even for an additional cost (seems odd, but ok..) Ordered their special that included wings large pie with one topping and it was excellent! I forgot how good their pizza is! My family is odd, they prefer boneless wings and they were crispy and perfection! We’re also odd as we are a Sausage family vs pepperoni. The sausage was great! Very flavorful! Didn’t break the bank! Seriously south of $50.00 (less.) It was great!

Ordered some food for delivery. Garlic pizza half broccoli half pepperoni, mozzarella sticks, and wings. Everything was delicious as usual and delivery didn’t take a super long time which I appreciated because we were all hungry and I was exhausted from a long day! Pizza was good. Wings were terrible. They didn’t listen to how I asked them to be cooked, I asked for crispy, they were slimy and just gross. They only put 3 small slices of celery in each bag. I have never in my life seen a pizza place skimp out on celery like these guys did. Logged online went to their direct website. Ordered their deal which showed 37 bucks and then the lady say’s “oh we never updated our prices but the price went up a year ago, it’s 47 now” – absolutely insane how a company doesn’t see an issue with not having correct pricing. I personally won’t order food here again.

My wife and I recently moved to the Bville area. We eat at all the local restaurants. We never think to order from Twin Trees. We ordered pizza and wings today. The pizza and the wings were excellent! Delivery was on time and professional. We will definitely be ordering from Twin Trees Bville more often!

I order from here atleast once a week. This is the 2nd time within a month that there’s been hair in our food! It’s happened in the past as well, we stopped ordering for awhile and decided to start ordering again because when there isn’t hair in our food, it’s good! Last time it was a long strand in the pizza … this time was a short (possibly a beard hair) stuck to my chicken wing! Absolutely disgusting! Sick to my stomach! They need to be more conscious of this because there’s clearly an issue! 33 dollars in the trash once again!
