The only reason Twin Gyros gets one star is because Google will not let you leave a Zero star review. This place has absolutely NO appreciation for customers and knows NOTHING about customer service! I placed a delivery order for a Polish WITH fries & a drink. I was told since the order was a little less than $15, which is the minimum for delivery, I said “fine, add a cheesecake”. My order came out to over $19 (BEFORE tip). When I received the order, there were NO FRIES. I called the restaurant and, almost immediately, the young man on the phone pushes back, NOT ONCE apologizing, saying “you didn’t order fries…I repeated the order, etc. etc..”. I stated to him “I would never pay $20 for a mere Polish, a drink and cheesecake.” I explained to him the art of customer service, and making things right for the customer, and he rudely cut me off. I said, ok, if you’re willing to receive a bad review over an order of small fries, then that’s bad business decision making on your part. His reply: “yeah, ok”…then proceeded to hang up the phone. There were only 2 other times I’ve ordered from here (the 1st time, resulting in an undercooked corn dog and the 2nd time, no issues). I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and I understand that mistakes happen. What I absolutely will not tolerate is poor customer service. And this place reeks of it! Your money is better spent elsewhere!

Great fast food! Must haves, (1) Gyro with tzatziki sauce…generous well cooked meat and sauce you will never forget, (2) Pepper and Egg Sandwich on PITA..just cracked eggs with a plentiful amount of steamed green peppers, seasoned simply & perfectly, (3) Feta Fries…huge portion of perfectly cooked potatoes smothered in feta cheese and a side of lemon slice, (4) Homemade (Thanks Jessie) Chicken Soup…NO SALT added, huge chunks of chicken & veggies together with Rotini pasta. It’s all good here.

I just bought food from here and the Customer service was amazing and the food was out of this world I’m an avid Italian beef lover and I have to say I haven’t enjoyed one this good in years!! I am definitely a regular and will be back for more of their food items. Highly recommend it! Two up!

This a great spot for the food. The only complaint that I have is this is the only place I’ve gone where they don’t provide a salad or soup with a dinner. You’re looking at close to $20 for a gyro dinner and no soup or salad is offered. They also don’t have a side salad option. Other than that good food.

I ordered a Rib tip dinner at this place. Pre scamdemic, it was actually a very good meal. I have not eaten anything from there in over a year. When I received my dinner, I noticed that I had about a pound of soggy fries and a very small amount of rib tips that appeared to be very dry and without bbq sauce. I asked the lady could I have some extra sauce, and she told no, and I’d have to purchase it! The dinner cost $13 and some change. I was also surprised that a drink was not included in the meal, and it cost $3.00 more for a drink.

I must say I was very disappointed. The sauce was watery and it’s nothing like it use to be when the original one which was on Diversey and Kostner. They portions were way better and the taste was excellent. I will have to find better Gyros cause my last place closed down and Twins was a disappointment. So I will continue to look. This place was ❌ out!!
