Not going back …. Ever……Went there at a very bad time. There was only one cook/ chef and she was preping food as fast as she could. The cashier at the front was taking orders and she didn’t stop taking orders. Even taking online orders !!! We had to wait 50 min for our food.

Terrible food – off brand cheese sandwich! I wish I would have read the reviews before going yesterday. So many bad points to share: 1) There is a terrible stench when you walk in smells like water and sewage. 2) The cashier, cook, and host was the same person. I felt sorry for the guy who had to do it all but he was nice and kept his composure and took his gloves off and on to do all three jobs. 3) I had the classic pricey “$12 lunch” cheese sandwich combo. Everything was nasty greasy, Not yummy greasy spoon. The cheese was cheap no flavor off brand shredded melted cheese. They’re definitely cutting corners. 4) Then a random little piece of jalapeno was melted on one corner of the crust. Which means they’re not cleaning the grill. 5) The fries were cooked in old grease and burned. 6) There were no napkins near the beverage area. You had to ask but the cashier was cooking as he was a operating as a 1 man show. I was surprised because this was my 2nd time going, 1st time was the Grand opening was pretty good. 7) Finally, there’s nothing twisted about the grill cheese. Using regular American and barely cheese is not gourmet!!! Government cheese taste better than that and my 10 yr old could prepare it with flavor! Will Not be back!!!

Nice place to try out once. But it was a really expensive grilled cheese sandwich. I believe it was around $13, not including drink and fries. The sandwich was good but expected more for the price. The atmosphere gets 1 star because the restaurant had a “dirty” smell. Kind of like wet concrete in a bathroom smell. Not sure what that was about. Perhaps a small sewer leak or just poor cleaning materials. Either way, they should invest in pinesol or another fresh smelling cleaner.

Had the truffle mushroom grilled cheese and it was fantastic. The slight hint of truffle really came through. The parmesan waffle fries were a little overdone and could have been better seasoned. That being said, the fried Mac n cheese and my daughters turtle milkshake made up for it.

I wish our first experience here was a good one, but from the moment we walked in we were welcomed by an awful smell inside the whole place. We decided to share the brisket sandwich with fries and a drink. Their fountain drink options are very limited. We sat down and waited about 30+ minutes for our order just for it to come out without the fries. We watched the couple after us get their food first and a good portion of fries. Once our fries came out there were only like 4 good size pieces in there, which is insane paying $23 for the kind of portion we got. Flavor wasn’t bad but we definitely won’t be returning.

The atmosphere was okay, but the food was awful. Thin little 1/4 inch burger patty for me and a soggy buffalo chicken sandwich for my wife. I asked for a plain sandwich with lettuce and after a 20 minute wait, they gave me a sandwich with onions and pickles. $25 for two sandwiches, some waffles fries, and one drink.

TGC first time customer: TGC is pretty good! Had the battle of which sandwich to try first but the Smokehouse Brisket came through strong ! Customer service is great as well. Sat and conversed with Jose about TGC and the variety of options and how they’ve set themselves apart! Great Job TGC!

First the guy working the front was so high I’m surprised he remembered where he was. It took forever to get the food and even though I ordered it to dine in he packed it all up to go. $50 for two adults and one kid, for some basic cheap soggy sandwiches and dry fries, not worth it at all.
