Stumbled upon this sweet spot of Louisiana deliciousness while traveling. The special for the day was the Rib plate and it didn’t disappoint. Fall-off-the-bone ribs, homemade macaroni and cheese, potato salad and coleslaw, ALL were fantastic! Also got an order of Shrimp & Grits…Wow! So buttery good! We will definitely be back! To the owners, we appreciate your attention to creating mouth-watering foods for our tastebuds!

Amazing food and service!! Don’t let their size fool you. I stopped on a whim after spending the day hiking, and had melt-in-your-mouth pulled pork, deliciously seasoned au gratin potatoes and green beans, and the chicken and dumplings weekend special. Great customer service and food came out very quickly. If I lived local I would order everything by the pound.

My husband and I eat there about 4 times a week. Their food is delicious… their family is wonderful and a great addition to the community! Only one downside… they need to be open Wednesday and make more Au Gratin potatoes! lol

I was surprised to have a great BBQ sandwich with a great taste in the area. I could not ask for anything better with plenty side dishes to choose. I talked to one of the owners a very nice young man for a few minutes and discovered he was from Louisiana and brought the favorable recipe with him. It’s a small carryout restaurant with a few benches outside for seating but worth the trip.
