Going South to KC this would be one of the first BBQ places, an odd location next to Auto & Motorcycle Dealers, but picked up disappointment instead. We wanted a Friday afternoon BBQ excursion and discovered, TRB is not open at 11AM. Definitely call before you waste your time.

The Burnt Ends are great. The pulled pork is great. My son loves the smoked ham and cheese grilled sandwich. The beans are good; the fries are good. Burgers and brats for those not into BBQ. Good sized menu considering the size of the kitchen. Outdoor seating only.

After having a disappointing experience at a near by Dickeys, I was on a mission this weekend to find high quality bbq. I found the BBQ Shack at Worth HD on Google and decided to give it a try. The cashier was super nice and allowed me to purchase just brisket with a single rib. After a 5 minute wait, I opened the To-go box and saw some of the most mouth watering brisket in KC. I poked it with my fork and it was OS tender and giggly. I will mention that they don’t have any homemade sauces but still an incredible product t!

Seeing 5 stars on Google is what made me go to this place. Evidently the other reviewers dont know good BBQ. I got the chopped brisket sandwich. The brisket had no smoke ring and was dry. Tasted like it was roasted in an oven.

Texan here and this is my first Kansas City BBQ experience, and it is delicious. Pork ribs are top 5 for me. Cool spot to hang out, drink beer and listen to music.
