Excellent unique food truck that I had at ascension hospital today. So different and delish. Sandwich had Rotisserie chicken with guava, plantains and boom boom sauce. Yuka fries were excellent. I hope they come back!

¡Wepa, This food was amazing! The quality ingredients and the well seasoned meats made for a delicious meal. The name says it all, it truly is a twist on the food that planted our roots as a Puerto Rican growing up in the south. Job well done, twisting roots. I am officially a fan!
