Was really hoping for a great dinner but sadly it was the worst service I have had in many many years. Food was mediocre at best. Food was barely warm, no flavor, two of 5 orders were incorrect, soda was flat and warm. To top it off we had to ask for everything. 20 minutes after sitting down we had to flag someone down to take even our drink orders, they took at least 5 minutes for soda, had to flag someone down and ask another 15 minutes later to get a beer that never came, one plate was handed over the tops of our heads to my son scolding hot with no warning to him. Two meals were so bad they didn’t even get eaten. Had to flag someone down again to get the bill. No one ever came to the table unless we stopped them. No crazy special orders. About 1.5 hours and expensive! We thought maybe they were just busy with a few tables but even the table next to us was getting very upset. Unfortunately do not recommend! This was our second attempt to give them a chance but won’t go back for a third. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck around hoping the food would be worth it but it was not.

We love the food here. Unfortunately, since the owners’ relatives have taken over, it’s been a struggle to be a customer. My sister and I stopped by for lunch. There were 2 other tables at the time. We waited over 25 minute’s and the lady didn’t ask us what we’d like to drink. I get the feeling she’s never been a server before. The table that came in right before us was having difficulty ordering. The server didn’t understand exactly what they wanted. There was definitely an English/Spanish communication barrier. I speak Spanish so it was fine, yet she didn’t return to our table to take our order or anything else. I was very disappointed since we knew what we wanted before we came in. It’s lunchtime during the week, some people are on a schedule and only have so much time to eat. After about 35 minutes of no interaction from the server, I got up and offered to pay for the chips and salsa as we had to leave. I was sad to have this type of experience at a restaurant that myself and my family enjoy. She didn’t charge us for the chips & salsa & she did say she’s sorry. I explained to her that not everyone at lunchtime can sit for 35 minutes without being helped, as some need to return to work.

I have been wanting to eat here for MONTHS but every time we try, they are never open. Gone for vacation, or wherever. Sadly, I will not be trying again. The food was good the one time we came and it actually was open. Too bad :(. Please go digital and let people know when you are closed!

I didn’t have high expectations, but I did have a glimmer of hope. We had pastor tacos and a pastor macho burrito, rice and beans. We really wanted to like it, but it sis not make the cut. Not the worst by far, but no flavor or heat AT ALL. At first I said I might give it a second chance, but not after paying a $70 check for 2 adults and one child.
