Friendly service. Great spot to get the ingredients for a great Italian meal. Their breaded chicken is delicious and is perfect for chicken parmesan. Their manicotti is delicious. The stuffed breads are also very good. Great local treasure.

Our go-to place for Italian specialties, a Flemington gem. Fresh real bread, prepared dinners, house made sausage, rice balls, pepperoni bread, cheese, olives and peppers- everything you need if Mama is visiting for dinner. Its not a Subway. These are real made to order Jersey deli sandwiches- my last Italian Sub had almost an inch of meat and cheese on a crusty sub roll….hot peppers…mmmm

I thought this was a decent place, but my eggplant Parmesan sandwich was horrible. The eggplant was so thin that it disappeared in the bread crumbs coating. It was bread within a sandwich, little tomato sauce and no cheese. So disappointed.

I ordered food here for my little one’s first birthday luncheon based on the recommendation of a family member! The food and service were above and beyond! When I called to place our order, the gentleman who answered the phone was friendly, helpful and thorough with taking my order and confirming everything. The 1/2 tray chicken and vegetables was large and filled with delicious, healthy, seasoned grilled chicken and tons of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, asparagus)! And, the baked ziti was also excellent- fresh, cooked perfectly, and had just the right amount of sauce and cheese! I was so pleased and will definitely order again for future celebrations!

I visited their store when they opened in 1988. I used to stop in weekly for years during my travels to NJ. I went back this weekend and purchased a significant amount amount of food. It was incredible. All of the pasta was extremely good. The eggplant dishes were great. Service could not of been better. I will return on a very frequent basis.

Walked in here not knowing what to expect. Was greeted by an enthusiastic guy who said he just took some chicken cutlets off the pan. He concocted one of the best sandwiches I may have ever had. Fresh roasted sweet peppers, chicken cutlet, mozz, and a thin sliced of sopressata on some awesome bread. I like when people get excited making stuff for you. Check this place out and ask what’s good.

rice balls are “Out of this world” sauce is to perfection. home made stuffed shells – so good. . the owner is always nice to me every time i go. so wonderful to have real home made food . so nice to see Italian food made right in front of your eyes. now.. that is what i call fresh !!
