We recently had my father in laws 75th birthday party at Two Maine Guys Augusta. We had 16 in our party. We arrived at 6 PM sat in the outdoor seating on a warm night. The food so fresh and hot. They had a great selection of can beers and drinks. Everyone was very happy with the food, service, selection and promptness of our orders. We all had a great time.

We got fried pickles, a crispy chicken sandwich and the TMG crazy haddock sandwich. All were fantastic! Hot and crispy when we got them and really big portions. Definitely will come back. Of note, the style is order and pickup at the counter rather than order at the table. It wasn’t at all an issue for me, but if you are looking for more formal seating this may not be the place for you. (Your loss though, totally worth it!) There are several tables and seating for maybe 20 total inside.

First time visiting restaurant Ordered haddock burger that was supposed to come with regular fries. Fish cooked well and nicely sized portion and good fresh toppings. The fries were a good portion too but were not regular fries but HEAVILY seasoned fries with way too much salt. Called restaurant to complain and received a “thanks for letting us know” but no remedy offered, refund / replacement / coupon for future food. Not good business practice and definitely not a good 1st impression.

The food is always great here! Even when busy, our meals always come out fast. Everything we have eaten here to date has been delicious, especially the chicken basket, tacos, and taco salad. There are always big portions so you won’t leave hungry. Great take out spot, but there is limited seating inside and some outdoor picnic tables with umbrellas for outside dining most of the year.

Two Maine Guys is a really great place to go, fast food that is quality and super large portions. We had the No Recipe haddock tacos topped creamy lemon dill and they were absolutely fabulous. We also had a fried shrimp dinner and the portions were big enough for two people to comfortably share. The black and bleu burger was amazing and we will definitely be back for more! Awesome place, super clean, comfortable and these chefs know what they are doing. Hats off, definitely worth a drive to get a great meal at Two Maine Guys.

Absolutely the best place for a ridiculously yummy meal, in Augusta or surrounding area. The food, friendliness and prices were great. Nice, CLEAN tables, we enjoyed an outside one:) The serving sizes were AWESOME for my super hungry husband and myself. The mac n cheese, best I’ve ever had outside of our own kitchen. Great seasoning!!!! Made it:) The pulled pork was perfect, not even fatty, could eat it all. Fried cheese curds, phenomenal, love the ranch too!!! Thank you <3 best find this year!
