It’s sad really. They keep opening all these Haitian restaurants none better than the other. I bought a soup joumou, I had to return it because they put 1 small Chunk of cow skin in it for meat. So I ask the lady put some meat in it like red beef meat. So she gonna add another piece of cow skin. Whatever the guess. It’s Haitian food what else is expected of Haitian people? Nthn
