I was passing through town on my way to Houston. There aren’t very many vegetarian options along this route. My take: Very friendly and polite staff. Great communication. The reason for the overall lower star rating is the wait time… I waited over 25 minutes for my food. I am guessing this is not typical but it was my first time here. My advice would simply be to try to cut down the prep time. That’s all… otherwise it’s a great establishment.

It had been a long time since I had had TX Burger, but I didn’t remember it being this good. Delicious hamburger, my favorite thing being a great bun, fresh, warm, slightly toasted, the seasoned fries perfect. Cameron dine in was great. We ordered 3 burger combos at 1pm. They were brought quickly and were cooked great. Only complaint is it is gonna be a long drive next time my wife wants to get her burger on!

We live a couple towns over and drive to eat here. This was a sad visit. A group of 4 ordered burgers all with bacon, then had to go up and get bacon. The bacon they handed me was cold! For some reason they shut down both fountain drink dispensers while one was working and we couldn’t get a refill. That’s annoying after driving from two towns over. Hell I would have went to Dairy Queen if I was knew I was gonna get that kind of service. Carter Enterprises need to pay attention before they lose more customers. Carter Enterprises please don’t even respond with your automated response about feedback and moving forward to fix the problem.

Truly amazing jalapeño burger.. I’d like if the taco salad came with a little more meat and a little less lettuce though. Still doesn’t effect the great taste of it though or the friendly atmosphere and up most respectful employees. Yall guys are doing great jeep up the good work

If you have to offer alternative procedures for business due to dining room closures, weather, etc make sure those who place mobile orders can pick up their orders easily without waiting in the drive-through line for 20-30 minutes. Having a dedicated team member to run out those orders to your customers or a sign saying pull around would make sure things run more smoothly. There is never a flow at this location, nobody ever knows what’s going on, takes forever to get your food, basic customer service just isnt there and because its a small town not many options.

Good food at decent prices. I was a bit annoyed when I asked for dipping sauce with my chicken and was told I would have to get it from Subway which would charge me. They do offer gravy with the chicken strips.
