This was my first — and possibly my best — meal in Austin! The mix shawarma plate was effect with a side of fries. I recommend mixing them together. Ordering online was easy, and pick-up was quick.

We were passing through Austin and decided to stop and try TX Shawarma and it did not disappoint. We tried the gyro wrap, gyro salad and the chicken shawarma plate and all of them were amazing! The service was friendly and fast and the portions were generous! My kids loved their meals too and asked to come back again. We’ll be sure to come back next time we’re in the area.

Super fresh spot for shawarma in a food truck court. I had the chicken shawarma and also got the side of falafel/pita. Everything was made fresh after ordering and the shawarma was packed full, literally, as well as being full of flavor. Perfect blend of spice, pickles, and rice. I was full but finished it off The falafel was a bit much to add with how much food came in the shawarma, but the hot sauce that came with it was nice. It has a mild heat that builds over time. Service was friendly and straightforward. I ate at the courts tables for a late Monday lunch, and most other traffic was take away ordering.

I had never had shawarma before coming here. I really enjoyed myself. Nice mix of flavors, and plenty of food in the serving. Reasonably priced. Only thing I wish I’d had more of was the sauce because it was so good. Takes a little bit of time to get your food since it is made fresh, but fortunately there is plenty of seating on site to sit, wait, and enjoy the Austin weather.

This is a go-to place for our family if we want a meal that never disappoints. They honestly get it right every time and we’ve been there easily over 20 times now. My favorite is the Chicken Shawarma Plate and if I’m feeling extra hungry I’ll get the fries and/or the hummus with pita bread. We’ve also tried the Chicken Wrap and the Chicken Shawarma Salad. It’s not that we don’t like the other items, we’re just addicted to the ones I mentioned. ENJOY!!!

I got the food delivered so I can’t say anything for the actual restaurant. I ordered a chicken shawarma and they sent me a gyro. Fries came dry with no ketchup or anything in the bag or on them. They gyro was good, but I really wanted a shawarma and having nothing with the fries just made it more disappointing.

For years we’ve been eating here and it was always good. Every single time. The last time we went the sauce was wrong. We thought ahhh it’s just a fluke. Tonight the sauce was more than wrong. Instead of the super hot delicious red sauce they used to serve we got franks red hot. And I know bc I opened the bottle in our fridge to compare. What a disgrace. Time to find a new shawarma spot. More than let down
