OMG! Take it from a very well traveled BBQ lover. Tyler makes the best food truck BBQ that is simply to die for! His menu has all the options and fixings you could want and is super fresh. You can smell the smokey goodness half the block away and it’s better once you get there. Go here!

#hiddengem Texas-flavored barbecue on the east side of Rogers, this relatively unknown food truck is tucked into a small parking lot next to Phat Tire Bike Shop on Arkansas Street. Breakfast begins at 7am (next week, for sure!), and my lunch was ordered today at 930am without a complaint (open until 2pm). Drinks are limited with canned Coke or bottled water, but don’t let that stop your taste buds from this unique experience. Available sides are cole slaw, potato salad, and chips. Jimbo and Susan were amicable, and their food is a reflection of their fevorous appetite for excellent, crafted barbecue. Look past the tricky parking; I’d walk a mile for this flavor. This will be my primary barbecue joint the next time a get a hankering. (Oh, seating on site is limited, but I took mine home and still enjoyed it warm).

Went today with my BF for the first time after seeing pics of the Carolina sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The mustardy, tangy, vinegar-y slaw is the star of the sandwich, coupled with tender, flavorful, juicy pulled pork and a grilled brioche bun. Thoughtful texture. I ate it way too fast. Excellent.
