I ordered a pepperoni pizza and a pene typical with grilled chicken dinner over the phone and was quoted 35-40 minutes. I was coming from work so I arrived early, but the timing was right on, so no complaints there. There were many orders coming out of the kitchen and people in and out while I waited. Starting with the pepperoni pizza. The cook was excellent, light char on the crust, cheese perfectly melted. The crust was tender, sauce had a good fresh tomato flavor and the pepperoni had a nice spice to it. The cheese was also very good in flavor and texture and was the right amount for the pizza. The pasta was cooked well, perfect al dente. The chicken was flavorful and tender and there was a good amount in the pasta. The sauce is different from other cream sauces, but very good and part of the reason they are so popular. A must try if you like cream based sauces on your pasta. Overall a great take out restaurant and worth ordering on a regular basis if you are in the area or a must try if you are from out of town.

We ordered the Typical Sicilian pasta tonight, as we have many times before from the East Longmeadow location. When we opened the bucket, we noticed right away there wasn’t as much sauce as there usually is. It was dry, and almost no flavor at all. My mom called in hopes to get a small container of just the sauce so we could enjoy our meal. She talked to 3 people in total. Last person being a young male. He told my mom word for word “We have had 160 orders tonight without 1 complaint besides you mam” acting as if we were lying! He would not give us any additional sauce unless we paid. We ALWAYS enjoy their food and have never had an issue until tonight. They acted as if they are perfect and can never make mistakes! She asked if there was anyone higher up she could speak to, and he said “no and if you call back any other time you will get the same answer” he was so incredibly rude we both have lost our appetite. She went there to see what they could do and they said “see there’s plenty of sauce you have to shake the bucket” no, there wasn’t barely any sauce and maybe your bucket should come with an instruction manual. We will NEVER order from here again because of the young male she spoke with, not because of the taste of the food. We have never experienced such terrible customer service, ever.
