Great little hidden gem of a lunch spot making some of the best fresh sandwiches in this part of town and excellent soups. Ty’s is fast affordable and staffed with smiling friendly people. Order ahead if needed but you can usually drop by, be in and out in 5 minutes or less. The Chicken soup is delectable. The sandwiches are piled high with meats and the bread is soft delicious and nicely toasted (unless you prefer it not to be) you should absolutely try the Reuben and the chicken salad, I also really like the plain old club. A Subway is opening next door. Don’t be fooled try Ty’s instead you’ll pay the same or less for much better food with more meats!

Love their chicken salad. I ordered a wrap for pick up and saw they had broccoli cheddar soup so I added a large order of that. I should’ve ordered 5 of these big ones. Some of the best soup I’ve ever had in my life. 10/10.

This used to be mine and my husbands favorite lunch place. A quick 2-3 minute walk from both his office and our building we went often when we first moved here. However, recently my husbands order has ALWAYS been wrong and he boycotted. I decided today we should try again, and both of our orders were completely wrong. Paying $12 for a sandwich you expect to receive what you order. If this was a one time thing I’d never say a word but it’s been repetitive and I hope they get back to the place I loved.

During lunch today I actually didn’t eat here for the first time as I usually order on my lunch at TY’s on my break since I work two doors down at the Marriott. I ordered from the Chile Burrito spot that’s next door. I wanted to sit outside and TY had outside patio furniture, so I took a seat. The food didn’t look like it wasn’t from their place and it wasn’t anyone waiting for a spot outside so I didn’t see a problem. Lady comes to my table and say please don’t eat outside food over here. Okay lady I’ve seen people with other food over here and nothing was said. Maybe it’s the color of my skin that makes a difference Well, it wasn’t taken well and let’s not forget that I work at Marriott down the street from you and refer everyone to your spot when asked where to eat. On top of the fact we get all our catering for business meeting from you when people book. We have to be mindful of how we treat others.. We have lost care in this world.

Holy Moly the grilled cheese had great flavor and the pull on the cheese was looking for those who play with their food. Also had the vegetable beef soup, fantastic! My hubby had the Cult sandwich and he was super happy.
